Track directions
The Wimborne MCC track is located just off the A31 at Wimborne by kind permission of landowner Gareth Dean of Pilford Farm. The address and postcode for those using Satellite Navigation (GPS) systems, is that of the farm itself. The track is actually about half a mile before the farm, but as the location is clearly signposted from the A31, you shouldn’t have any problems finding us!

As we’ve already mentioned, the track is located on Pilford Lane, off Uddens Drive from the A31 Wimborne/Ferndown by-pass. This can be approached from North, Central, South and South Easterly directions either using the A34 or the M3. Of course the A34 terminates at the M3 and then you take the M27 signposted “M27 South West”. The M27 will take you through the New Forest and it becomes the A31 at Cadnam. Follow this through Ringwood, and keep heading for Wimborne through many roundabouts. The turning onto Uddens Drive is on your right, after the roundabout for Ferndown Industrial Estate and the Police Station on a stretch of single carriageway road. The turning will be clearly signposted from the Friday prior to the meeting and the track is about a mile and a half up Uddens Drive/Pilford Lane.
If you’re approaching from a westerly or south-westerly direction, you will need to be heading for the A35, or possibly using the A350. Both roads join the A31 and again, you will be heading for Wimborne/Ringwood on the A31. As you approach Wimborne, you will pass a Petrol Station on the A31 where there is a Little Chef and also Wimborne Caravans on your right. At the next roundabout you will go straight ahead (2nd exit, A31) at the next roundabout, you will take the 1st exit heading towards Ferndown and Ringwood, still on the A31. At the next roundabout, you should take the 3rd exit (A31) and then about half a mile on, you will turn left into Uddens Drive. The turning will be clearly signposted from the Friday prior to the meeting and the track is about a mile and a half up Uddens Drive/Pilford Lane.
To help us protect the environment and the animals that live in it, please remember to take your rubbish home with you or put your litter in the bins provided at the track.
Thank you.
