PLEASE REMEMBER

This event is held on Private Property and you are requested not to cause any damage in any way. Spectators are forbidden on the course or in the paddock during racing. We would ask you to take your litter home or place in the bins provided.

DOGS AT EVENTS

Whilst dogs are not discouraged from attending off-road motorcycle sport events, they are to be kept on a lead and under control at all times. Owners are responsible for ensuring their dog is kept under control and responsible for clearing up any fouling that may occur.

UNAUTHORISED RIDING

Attention is drawn to the serious consequences which could arise following an accident by unauthorised riding of any sort of machine in the paddock. It is a mistaken belief that children are allowed to ride machines because a race paddock is private property and outside the jurisdiction of the Road Traffic Act and therefore no insurance is necessary. The Union's Insurers will quite legitimately refuse any claim for damages arising out of an accident caused by an unauthorised driver.

THEREFORE LIABILITY FOR A SUBSTANTIAL CLAIM COULD REST WITH THE OWNER OF THE VEHICLE AND DRIVER OR PARENT OR GUARDIAN IN THE CASE OF A MINOR.
